Cat Herding is a one minute mpeg movie clip. It is very entertaining, used to illustrate the challenges of facilitating work groups. This clip can be used to introduce the necessity of establishing collaborative procedures; ground rules/norms, roles, agenda/minutes, and a schedule of meeting times. At this time we do not have the capability for downloading the video. Use the "Staff Directory" tab to conatct Bill Nellis in order to obtain the video.
