“Leadership Development Framework Areas” are power point slides copied from the tri-fold survey developed by The Ohio Leadership Advisory Council, (OLAC). OLAC wrote the guiding document, “Ohio’s Leadership Development Framework”. In the document six areas were identified as essential leadership practices needed to improve instructional practice and student performance. This survey is specific to three audiences, Superintendent, District Team, and Building Team. This survey is referred to as the OLAC Survey.
