AUDIENCE: Teachers, Intervention Specialists, Administrators, Instructional Coaches, Curriculum Directors
This training begins with a three-hour introduction to UDL that moves participants beyond an introduction to UDL to planning for UDL using a variety of resources, including the UDL Flowchart by Katie Novak and CAST's UDL Guidelines. This three-hour PD event will be the introduction to a three-part webinar series that will include a focus on each area of the UDL Flowchart.
Registration links for each webinar will be sent to participants who register for this event in STARS. These 3–4 webinars will be based on participant needs and will occur throughout the next school year. They will also be recorded for use by the district at any time. Additional contact hours will be available for attending all of the webinars and submitting required documentation. Participation in live webinars will not be required for contact hours for the face-to-face training.
