Starting 11/13/2018
Event Groups:
• State Support Team 6 - District Events

With all of the changes in education, the evolving responsibilities, and the increase in student trauma, educators need to know how to manage their own stress and take care of themselves before they can have a positive impact on their students!
District and Building Leaders & Administrators who are looking for ways to improve their school's work environment by supporting stress-management and self-care, won't want to miss this special half-day presentation.

Dr. Debbie Silver, professor, author & humorist, will present "Practicing Safe Stress" on November 13th in Dayton at Sinclair College Conference Center.

This presentation is aimed at district and building leaders and will provide strategies for self-care, supporting staff with stress management, reducing staff absences, and generally lowering stress in the work environment. Whether the goal is to improve upon an existing culture or to build an environment that supports staff well-being, Dr. Silver will share ways to lower stress in your workplace and reclaim the joy in education!
