Dr. Debbie Silver, professor, author & humorist, will present "Practicing Safe Stress" on November 13th in Dayton at Sinclair College Conference Center.
This presentation is aimed at district and building leaders and will provide strategies for self-care, supporting staff with stress management, reducing staff absences, and generally lowering stress in the work environment. Whether the goal is to improve upon an existing culture or to build an environment that supports staff well-being, Dr. Silver will share ways to lower stress in your workplace and reclaim the joy in education!
