Target Audience: Secondary Leaders, Transition Coordinators, Special Education Directors, Administrators, Parents, Students, Community Partners
This three-day series will provide training aligned to ORC 3313.617 Adoption of Policy of Students At-Risk of not qualifying for a high school diploma. SST will also provide coaching in the creation of a strong foundation (Tier 1 supports) that is informed by Tier 2 and Tier 3 needs. This would include creation of district plans to implement graduation planning, career advising, and an early warning indicator system through collaboration with families, students, and community partners. District teams will have the opportunity to network with other teams and receive virtual coaching in the refinement and implementation of student plan templates (such as graduation plans) as well as transition plans throughout the year. District teams will also receive coaching in the implementation of district policy and procedure through the use of the continuous improvement process.
