Audience: Superintendents, Internal Facilitators, Principals, Special Education Directors, Transition Coordinators, School Counselors, and Community Schools. 

This four part series is designed to guide district personnel through the continuous improvement process using graduation and post-secondary transition. On day two teams will begin to develop a plan to address their root cause using evidence based practices.
