Established by Ohio House Bill 49, the seal will recognize high school graduates in 2018 and beyond who meet criteria showing they are prepared to contribute to the workplace and their communities. The seal will be printed on the transcripts and diplomas of students who demonstrate certain professional skills required for workplace success.
