This process is an annual opportunity to be recognized at the state level for implementing best practices in PBIS. If you you have already received Bronze recognition in the past, now is the time to apply to maintain your Bronze status or advance to Silver status!

Please see the attached Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Application for Recognition 2019 documents.

Note the required documents and PBIS Evidence Binders are Due NO LATER THAN May 1, 2019 (4:00 p.m.)

There are two option for submission.

1. Turn in your evidence binder to your SST Consultant

2. Drop off the binder to The State Support Team Region 6 at the following address: 1045 Dearbaugh Avenue Suite #1 Wapakoneta, Ohio 45895
