Target Audience: Schools Identified for School Improvement
This series is designed to offer comprehensive coaching and technical assistance to all districts and community schools throughout the ED STEPS process, regardless of their cohort status. This includes supporting the completion of the One Needs Assessment, assisting in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the One Plan, and fostering ideas for enhancing shared leadership and collaborative teams. Additionally, we provide updates from the Department of Education and Workforce, guidance on utilizing and interpreting various data sources, networking opportunities with colleagues, and access to a wide range of resources to ensure collective success in educational initiatives.
