Are you looking for an assessment designed to identify children who are experiencing difficulties acquiring
early literacy skills with intent to provide the instructional support needed to improve future reading outcomes? The Acadience Reading Pre-K Preschool Early Literacy Indicators (PELI) is an assessment for 3-to 5- year olds designed to measure pre-literacy and oral language skills. PELI is a storybook-embedded assessment of essential skills that build a strong foundation for kindergarten. The PELI assessment measures: alphabet knowledge, vocabulary and oral language, phonological awareness, and listening comprehension.
