State Support Team 6 supports Career-Technical Planning Districts (CTPDs) in the region’s seven counties.  These support services result from a joint venture between the Office of Exceptional Children and the Office of Career-Technical Education (The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce) to support CTPDs in serving students with disabilities.

SST6 staff will assist in developing presentations and resources in collaboration with the Office of Exceptional Children and the Office of Career-Technical Education that can be used across all Career Technical Planning Districts.  The professional development focuses on improving instructional support to career technical instructors serving diverse learners, particularly students with disabilities.  Focus topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Special Education Service Delivery
