UDL Progression Rubric by Katie Novak and Kristen Rodriguez

Katie Novak and Kristen Rodgriguez have created a rubric that allows teachers to become expert practitioners by guiding their focus towards creating Expert Learners through UDL. 

For each guideline and checkpoint, the authors identify teacher progress as Emerging, Proficient, and Progressing toward Expert Practice.
